Gross

This is what the floor of our van looked like...until this afternoon when I decided it was time I cleaned it all out.  It took me an hour and a half to move the seats, get all the debris, and vacuum the van.  Yuck!  But it is clean now!

Hazard

Today we had a little mishap with a bad fuse.  Thank goodness it didn't cause us any problems other than being without power in the living room and kitchen for a couple of hours.  We got the problem resolved.  It was only the wrong kind of fuse, so it was a quick fix.

McTeacher's Night

This evening the local McDonalds had a McTeacher's Night.  The school sends home flyers saying when certain teachers will be at the McDonalds, and you can go in and eat and some of the profits will go to your school district.  Justus' teacher was planning on being there from 4-5 p.m.  I wasn't too excited because that meant I would have to go by myself with all three kids.  The kids were awesome though, and ate all of their happy meals. Justus even got to see a couple of his friends.  We had a good time.

Homework

Matthias brought home this little homework page last week.  We started it on March 1st.  He is supposed to graph the weather for a week, and then bring it in to class.  He has been so excited to do this every day.  He typically marks it before I even remember.  This morning while in the car I asked him what the weather was like.  He said cloudy.  I said, "Yep, we will have to mark it on your graph when we get home."  His response (given with a slight attitude):  Mom, I already did.

Tea Party

 

We really haven't done too much today.  Sundays are usually that way.  This evening, Charley decided to host a tea party in her mess of a room.  She was pretty excited to serve tea to her dad and boys.

Lego Jr.

Today has been pretty uneventful.  Charley had dance class.  We went to the gym.  The exciting part of the day was when the boys Lego Jr. Magazine came in the mail.  They get pretty excited when it comes.  It is free, so that's pretty exciting for me.

In Like a Lion

A sick lion that is.  Thi started off March by getting sick.  He crawled into bed with me after Jonathan left for work and told me he was sick.  He woke me up about 45 minutes later saying he was going to get sick and ran off to the bathroom.  He got sick one more time, and then he was pretty much back to normal.  By this evening he was running around like a wild child, so I'm pretty sure he is feeling better.
