I have an addiction....to soda. I drink about 3-4 a day. It's bad. I saw something on the Today Show Thursday morning about people who drink diet soda on a daily basis are 61% more likely to have cardio vascular disease....yikes. So I have decided to give up soda. Day 1 has gone pretty well. I do have a slight headache though.

ReplyDeleteAlso, the carbonation in the water has to act on something in the body, and it acts on your bones (eats at the calcium). So it'll help with your bone density too!!
