I've been having a lot of issues with being motivated lately. For those of you who don't know I take medication for anxiety/depression. I recently had to switch medications and my new medication has caused a few side effects including: weight gain, occasional night sweats, trouble sleeping, and a few others. It's really hard not to get discouraged at times, so before heading to the gym I wrote "don't give up" on my wrist as a reminder to myself that this is just a season in life. This too shall pass...right?
